As alluded to in my first blog an opportunity presented via a series of circumstances…
Simply put I was offered a Bulk Lot of Crown Lynn Tableware to purchase. Most sight unseen and certainly not checked or inspected – take it all or take nothing in other words “NO CHERRY PICKING”.
YES – it all came home with me; not that quickly or easily but none-the-less it became mine!
Question: Did I want to give this a go?
Answer: “Ummm – not sure”
Question: Would I regret it if I didn’t give it a go?
Answer: A resounding “YES”
So you find me surrounded by Crown Lynn Tableware. It is all consuming and has taken over my house, garage, a purpose-built shed AND my life.
There have been many months of unpacking and getting the crockery somewhat organised with the task ongoing; much has been boxed or stored since 2006. The items really are a random mix and the saying ‘one man’s trash is another man’s treasure’ springs to mind – so true too in the Crown Lynn world.
This is where YOU come in – although selling on Trade Me as I had to start somewhere [please see my Feedback] – it is my preference to sell directly to you; however some pieces will be available only via the Auction process.
